Weight Loss Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Preparation time: 20 min
14 oz shrimp (raw, peeled)
4 tsp butter
4 tsp oil
3 garlic cloves
splash lemon juice
1. Add oil and garlic and sautť 1 min.
2. Add splash of lemon juice.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink ( 4-5 minutes)
4. Spoon shrimp and sauce over Rice

Healthy and Refreshing Weight Loss Shrimp Recipe
Preparation time: 45min
5 ounces shrimp (cooked), peeled and deveined
1 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/3cup wild rice
Take a large pan, add chicken broth and heat.
Add wild rice and cook for about 20 min.
Add Shrimp to the cooked rice.
Add the lemon juice and stir.

Shrimp Scampi Skewer for Barbecue
Preparation time: 1h 30 min
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4minced fresh herbs (parsley,thyme,cilantro)
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp shallot, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1lb medium large shrimp, unpeeled
Add butter, herbs, lemon juice, garlic shallot and mix it in a large bowl.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add shrimp and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Stir at times.
Prepare shrimp on skewers and grill 2-3 min each side (medium heat)
Arrange skewers and spinach on a platter and garnish with lemon.
