Receipes Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boiled shrimp
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • flour
  • cornmeal or bread crumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper


1. Mix milk and egg and add shrimp

2. Mix equal parts of flour and cornmeal or bread crumbs with salt and pepper

3. Stir shrimp until they are well coated

4. Heat oil in a fryer to 350 degree and let shrimp inside until they are golden brown ( 2 4 min )

Chinese Fried Shrimp Receipes

Serving : 4    

Preparation Time : 45 min

Receipes Ingredients

  • 3 cups large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • oil for deep frying 


  1. Mix Shrimp with 1 tsp.salt and tsp. Pepper and let them in room temperature for about 10 15 min
  2. Add egg, cream, cormeal, flour baking powder and tsp salt together and mix it
  3. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degree
  4. Put shrimp in the mixture until they are well coated
  5. Put shrimp in hot fat in batches and fry until shrimp are light golden brown (for about 2 4 minutes)
