Our favourite Scallop Recipe:
Scallop Recipe with Champagne
Scallops with shells
2 tbls butter
½ lime, juce
¼ l champagne
5 fibers of saffron
3 tbls meet-broth
2 tbls sour cream
2 yellows of an egg
salt and pepper to taste
- Open the scallops and
unhinge the meat
- Keep only the abductor muscle and clean a little under flowing water
- Flavoring the meat with salt and pepper and saute with butter
- Add the shallots
- Add champagne, lemon juice and meet-broth.
- Add the saffron, mix it and
let it stand for 4 min by low temperature
- Mix the sour cream and the yellows of the egg
- Take the pan from the heat and add the mix of sour cream and yellows
- Serve it with rice or pasta
